Laminated glass is a combination of two or more glass sheets with one or more interlayers of resin. It is manufactured by pouring liquid resin into the cavity between two sheets of glass which are held together until the resin cures. In case of breakage, the interlayer holds the fragments together and continues to provide resistance to the passage of persons or objects. Laminated glass is considered to be safety glass under the various building codes and international glass standards.
With 2 laminating lines and 5 different interlayer choices, we are sure to have the right interlayer choice for your application. If you're looking for decorative laminates from a simple color to encapsulations such as metal meshes, fabrics or organics, we can help. If you’re simply looking for a quality supplier of tempered laminated products we are able to service you with whatever tolerances you require.
FEATURE LAMINATING PROJECTS
Given Mercedes unique drive for producing quality, we were particularly pleased to have been chosen to provide Mercedes AMG with their showroom glass screens across the US and Canada. It is only through consistently delivering on quality that we are able to enjoy prestigious contracts such as this.
This `site-specific` commissioned art work by glass artist Mimi Gellman is comprised of German hand blown glass. We worked closely with Mimi to curve and laminate each of the 200 strategically placed pieces - each of which has a unique color and conical shape. It's fitting that this installation is owned by a world renowned author of calculus textbooks! "As a mathematician, I just find curves more interesting. As soon as you have curves, you need calculus", says the owner.

We were pleased to be selected to manufacture these glass stair treads measuring 1 1/2” thick. Achieving the specified glass make up, along with a perfect edge polish, is not an easy task when dealing with glass thicknesses such as this. It is only because of our willingness to invest in the best available glass manufacturing equipment that we are able to fabricate projects like this with confidence.
